Committed to the historic doctrines of the Christian faith, the doctrines of grace, and Biblical fundamentalism from an independent Baptist perspective.

We are excited to be able to announce our entrance into the web blog community! It is our desire to be able to encourage fellow believers in Christ and discuss the issues relevant to impacting this pagan culture in which we live.

It is also our desire to be able to promote and defend what is commonly known as "Reformation Theology," the "Doctrines of Grace," or even as "Calvinism." Causing unnecessary division among Christian brethren is not our desired intention, but rather, to encourage all believers to "search the scriptures" in order to be able to confront our culture with the biblical gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

What is Coram Deo?
Coram Deo is a Latin phrase that literally means "before the face of God". It carries the notion of our living in the presence of God, under the authority of God and to the honor and glory of God. It is what each person was designed for by their Creator. Living "coram Deo" has been best expressed perhaps by the Reformation tradition of the Church. The Reformers recaptured and championed the great "solas" - sola scriptura (Scripture alone), sola fide (faith alone), sola gratia (grace alone), soli Christo (Christ alone) - soli Deo gloria! (to God alone be glory).
Let each of us strive to live our lives with the conscious awareness that the sovereign God of the universe is watching. Let us be dilgent in the search for truth, devoted to the sharing of that truth and let us dogmatically defend that truth as it is revealed in Scripture.
